Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a printable prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unused fleece products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are securely included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
